Perfect little retreat in Rome!

The guesthouse was perfect for our family with its spacious rooms and a great location near the Colosseum. My kids really loved the tips from Daniele on the best local gelato spots, making our stay memorable. Plus, the daily cleaning was a nice touch.

In my wife’s opinion, a kiddie-friendly breakfast option would be great.

I had a lovely stay at The Center Guesthouse for three nights. The location felt perfect, just a short walk to the Colosseum and very close to the Manzoni metro station. The room itself was bright and uniquely decorated. It was clean and included an ensuite bathroom, which was a nice convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready with a map and great local recommendations. The breakfast served at the nearby restaurant was simple but enjoyable, with croissants and delicious cappuccino. One downside was the noise levels. my room faced the street, and sounds carried in from outside despite the window being closed. The lack of an elevator could also be a challenge if carrying heavy bags. However, the warm hospitality made up for it.
